Payment methods
A. CASH ON DELIVERY
In order to pay for your order upon receiving it by the courier company you will have to be charged extra for COD expenses:
- For domestic shipments €1.50 (including VAT)
- For shipments to Cyprus €6.50 (including VAT)
B. BY DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT
You can, if you prefer, pay for your purchases by deposit in one of the following bank accounts of our Company and inform us using one of the following ways:
α) by sending an e-mail to notify that the deposit was made to info@baila.gr
(indicate the name of the depositor in the depository),
β) by phone at 24310.63623.

Please note that in case of sending the payment from another bank, check “ordering costs” and not “both or recipient” because the transfer ends up with us with a lower value and it is not possible to execute your order until it is fully paid.
C. BY USING A CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
You can, if you prefer, pay for your purchases by using either a credit card (Visa / Mastercard) or a debit or prepaid card issued by a recognized greek or foreign bank, which is accepted for transaction by the Company. The payment is made in a lump sum and the charge of the credit card is made after the verification and certification of the data and its validity during the approval and acceptance of the order by the COMPANY that implies the preparation of the sale (the charge can be made then even in the case that one or some of the items are not immediately available and must be ordered from suppliers). The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truth of the credit card details and the COMPANY does not have any responsibility in case of an error.
Shipping and cost method
BAILA ships its goods in cooperation with a courier company. Domestic shipments are usually delevered in 1 to 3 business days.
Shipments to Cyprus are usually delevered in 2 to 5 working days.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer according to the following:
Domestic shipping costs: €3.90 (including VAT).
Shipping costs to Cyprus: €18.50 (including VAT).
For shipping to remote or hard-to-reach areas we will contact you to inform you of the corresponding additional cost to you if and when applicable.
BAILA is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to BAILA’s fault or due to force majeure and BAILA will be entitled to an extension of execution time. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this can be terminated by any party without compensation.
BAILA reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will take effect as soon as this text is informed with any change.
