Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights
‘You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, under the following terms and conditions: The return must be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. Returns are accepted provided you contacted BAILA on the same day or the next business day. The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, in its full original packaging as delivered to you by the transport company. In order for the return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document. If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by credit of an account that he will notify BAILA. The refund of the customer will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.
There is no refund to a customer when he returns a product that is on offer at the time of ordering (ie when he buys it)!
